Terms of Service
The basis for requesting a scope, approving work and using the Litmus client area.
An enquiry is not a paid engagement
Sending a form does not authorise payment or require the team to take on work. A written scope identifies the service, charges, supporting records, exclusions and delivery expectations. Work begins only after the relevant approvals and payment arrangements are in place.
Accurate information and authority
You are responsible for supplying truthful records and having authority to instruct on behalf of the company or person involved. You must review the prepared information and explain material changes. Do not submit information, documents or instructions you are not entitled to use.
Scope, decisions and timescales
The service covers the preparation and coordination expressly agreed. Legal, tax, immigration or other professional advice is outside the scope unless a separately identified qualified provider agrees it. Authorities and financial providers make their own decisions, and external processing times are not guaranteed.
Fees, renewals and changes
The quote separates service charges and government charges and states its validity period. Amounts should identify any applicable tax treatment. Additional work requires agreement; renewal services do not arise automatically from these packages. Cancellation and refunds are handled under the refund policy and mandatory rights.
Using the account
Keep login details private, use the service only for legitimate business needs and do not attempt to access someone else’s requests or documents. The operator must complete the governing law, business identity, complaint procedure and any required liability terms with qualified advice before launch.
