Starting an LLC in Virginia

Virginia LLC is a formal structure that protects your home, car, and bank account if your business is sued.

An LLC can be used to run a business or hold assets like real estate, cars, boats, or planes.

Pay $100 to the state to file as an LLC.

After your LLC  has been approved:

Fill out and sign a  LLC Operating Agreement. Get a Virginia EIN number from the IRS. Pay the $50 LLC Annual Registration Fee every year.
